The Sandhills Saloon raised $40,000 this year for grants and scholarships!
All proceeds benefit local projects and initiatives through the Sandhills Area Foundation
Cherry County, NE – The Sandhills Area Foundation announced that its annual fundraiser and auction generated $40,000 this year, marking another successful event supporting charitable initiatives throughout the region. The event, held on November 15th, drew strong attendance from community members, donors, and local businesses who came together to support the Foundation’s mission.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will be directed toward the Foundation’s programs, including local scholarships and community enhancement projects. These initiatives continue to play a vital role in strengthening the social and economic well-being of the Sandhills area.
“The continued generosity of our community demonstrates an unwavering commitment to helping our community and improving our shared future,” said Carolyn Moore, Executive Director of the Sandhills Area Foundation. “Each contribution makes a tangible difference, and we are deeply grateful for the ongoing support.”
The Foundation extended its appreciation to all attendees, sponsors, donors, and volunteers whose participation contributed to the event’s success. Their collective efforts underscore the strong spirit of collaboration and philanthropy that defines the Sandhills region.
